COLLECT ON THE REAL ENVIRONMENT. REVIEW BEFORE APPENDING.

Start from a versioned JSON template, collect bounded evidence in the exercised environment, and use scripts/verify_acceptance_packet.py. Preserve executed but unreviewed evidence with scripts/collect_acceptance_candidate.py ... --append-candidate.

After explicit human review, create a reviewed successor packet referencing the candidate digest and use scripts/collect_acceptance_packet.py ... --reviewed --append. Both collectors validate referenced files by size and SHA-256. Neither makes a release decision or modifies public runtime state.
