Deployment Drift and Reconciliation

Implementation record for the bounded live-observation, mixed-release classification, resilient Explorer recovery, and actual-host reconciliation contract.

Deployment Reconciliation — Evulgare 2.0.0-rc.11-WIP

The bounded observation and package evidence remain deliberately separate. The package implements the RC11 progressive Autonomous Drone recovery and complete-root cutover, while the observed live site has not established that this candidate is deployed.

Classification: DEPLOYMENT DRIFT WITH PUBLIC INDEX RECOVERY.

Candidate deployed: none
Automatic repair: false

The public route can respond while still serving stale or mixed bytes. Reconciliation therefore requires immutable package identity, runtime-integrity verification, configured-version agreement, reachable MySQL, a safe cPanel Passenger wrapper, ten Simulation Explorer records, and a bounded Autonomous Drone initial document followed by digest-verified hydration.

This record does not deploy files, infer unobserved host state, change MySQL, restart Passenger, or authorize release promotion. Actual Python 3.13.14, Flask, Alembic, Passenger, TLS, header, cookie, cache, compression, browser, accessibility, security, and performance acceptance remains required on the host.
