Autonomous Industrial Resilience, Robotic Maintenance, and Manufacturing Closure Workbench
Release: 2.0.0-rc.25-WIP
Mission
Evulgare’s industrial-resilience workbench demonstrates a deterministic, evidence-locked maintenance chain for a synthetic industrial estate:
SYNTHETIC ASSET STATE
→ HEALTH EVIDENCE
→ DEGRADATION DETECTION
→ DIAGNOSIS AND UNCERTAINTY
→ MAINTENANCE OPTIONS
→ PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY
→ TOOL / RECIPE / CONFIGURATION ATTESTATION
→ INDEPENDENT RUNTIME ASSURANCE
→ SYNTHETIC MAINTENANCE ACTION
→ POST-REPAIR VERIFICATION
→ LINEAGE AND CLAIM IMPACT
→ ATTESTED RETURN-TO-SERVICE REVIEW
→ SYNTHETIC_NULL_SINK
The public range proves deterministic software behavior inside declared synthetic bounds. It does not connect to real industrial control systems, customer facilities, machine tools, robots, power equipment, reactors, semiconductor processes, vehicles, or force-application systems.
Defense posture
Industrial depth is a defense capability. A sovereign system that cannot diagnose degradation, preserve configuration identity, repair failed modules, verify the repair, and reconstruct the event history cannot sustain command integrity under pressure.
Evulgare therefore treats maintenance as an authority-controlled defensive operation:
- Detect degradation before cascading failure.
- Diagnose without hiding uncertainty or contradictory evidence.
- Authorize the exact intervention, purpose, resources, tooling, recipe, and time window.
- Isolate compromised or unverified assets.
- Repair only through bounded synthetic actions.
- Verify the repaired state independently.
- Reconcile configuration, key epoch, evidence, and baseline lineage.
- Return only after a separate return-to-service decision.
- Prove every transition with append-oriented evidence.
Deterministic scope
The workbench contains 48 published scenarios across ten asset classes, twelve health dimensions, twelve dependency dimensions, and twenty-four conjunctive reference-monitor gates. No favorable condition can compensate for failed identity, expired authority, prohibited purpose, invalid software, unresolved evidence conflict, stale attestation, or unavailable independent runtime assurance.

Authority and reference monitoring
A maintenance planner may propose an intervention. The independent reference monitor decides what action is applied. These are separate records:
NOMINAL REQUEST ≠ APPLIED ACTION
The monitor checks workload identity, credential currency, threshold authorization, declared purpose, action permission, prohibited-action exclusion, data-use permission, resource bounds, software/model/policy/configuration/tool/recipe attestation, evidence freshness and consistency, evidence independence, uncertainty bounds, compartment state, dependency state, reconciliation state, recovery baseline, and independent review.
Authority is conjunctive. The workbench intentionally provides no composite authority, health, readiness, or assurance score.
Diagnosis and uncertainty
The engine preserves multiple diagnosis states:
NOMINAL
CONFIRMED
MULTIPLE_HYPOTHESES
INSUFFICIENT_EVIDENCE
UNRESOLVED
OUT_OF_DISTRIBUTION
A visually polished interface cannot convert missing or contradictory evidence into certainty. The workbench exposes evidence sources, correlation groups, shared failure modes, freshness, completeness, and configuration identity.
Return to service
Repair success does not automatically authorize return to service. Return requires a separately recorded decision, independent verification, current authority, attested software/model/policy/configuration/tooling, reconciled evidence, and an accepted recovery baseline where applicable.
The engine can therefore distinguish:
RETURN_TO_SERVICE_AUTHORIZED
RETURN_TO_SERVICE_PENDING
RETURN_TO_SERVICE_DENIED
RECONCILIATION_REQUIRED
ASSET_WITHDRAWN
No public action changes a real asset, production baseline, cPanel deployment, customer system, or institutional authorization.
Dependency and manufacturing-closure analysis
The workbench keeps twelve dependency dimensions separate: power, compute, cooling, communications, materials, replacement modules, tooling, calibration, software/model supply chain, transport, evidence services, and recovery baselines.
It records concentration, alternate-source count, replacement lead-time band, substitution state, and readiness. These fields demonstrate how a maintenance intervention affects industrial continuity without exposing protected customer strategy, facility locations, vendor dependencies, or real supply-chain vulnerabilities.
Synchronized representations
One authoritative Python result drives twelve coordinated representations:
- Industrial topology.
- Health evidence.
- Diagnosis and uncertainty.
- Maintenance options.
- Authority and reference monitor.
- Dependency substitution.
- Event timeline.
- Proof Inspector.
- Post-repair verification.
- Return-to-service record.
- Raw synthetic evidence.
- Narrative equivalent.
The browser may render, navigate, compare, branch, verify, and export deterministic state. It cannot manufacture authority, proof, diagnosis, outcome, or canonical history.
Evidence packages
Every export includes:
- Release and engine identity.
- Scenario and asset identity.
- Configuration and authority references.
- Deterministic run digest.
- Event-chain digest.
- Proof conditions.
- Semantic table equivalent.
- Narrative equivalent.
- Public-boundary declaration.
- Package digest.
Package verification proves structural and byte integrity inside the declared synthetic scope. It does not establish factual truth, physical-machine performance, certification, accreditation, legal approval, procurement acceptance, actual-host deployment, or customer-system readiness.
Protected research handling
Protected Eviulon partner strategy remains in docs/private/eviulon/ and .uai/private/eviulon/. Its titles, paths, timelines, locations, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and strategic assumptions are excluded from public routes, APIs, OpenAPI examples, browser bundles, screenshots, public logs, search, sitemaps, structured data, and sanitized memory exports.
The public workbench is a new synthetic capability artifact. It uses no protected source text or source-specific metadata.

What the workbench establishes
Within declared synthetic bounds, the package establishes deterministic scenario execution, conjunctive authority evaluation, separation of nominal and applied action, evidence and dependency separation, append-oriented history, counterfactual isolation, deterministic export, package verification, public non-persistence, and SYNTHETIC_NULL_SINK termination.
What remains unestablished
The public workbench does not establish physical robot performance, maintenance efficacy on real equipment, industrial process qualification, environmental suitability, customer confidentiality certification, cross-domain accreditation, real-world recovery time, production security, legal approval, procurement acceptance, or deployment to the live cPanel host.
