Machine Federation Remedy Completion, Residual Harm, Reopening, and Institutional Closure Review Board

Mission

RC52 introduces a bounded analytical board that verifies the exact RC51 remedy-compliance evidence package and its embedded RC49 and RC48 source chains before it analyzes a synthetic completion or closure request. The board distinguishes evidence that an act occurred from evidence that a remedy is complete, and it preserves unresolved residual harm, reliance interests, restitution remainder, restoration remainder, monitoring basis, recurrence risk, appeal, stay, reopening, successor continuity, disputed authority, and residual unknowns as separate records.

The board does not declare legal satisfaction, discharge a duty, extinguish a claim, transfer property, create debt, impose a sanction, close or reopen an external proceeding, compel an institution, establish jurisdiction, select controlling law, enact law, create sovereignty, confer citizenship or personhood, or prove consciousness.

Independent analytical dimensions

The engine keeps all 26 dimensions independent and does not calculate an aggregate citizenship, legality, closure, authority, or compliance score. Source-package identity, commitment identity, beneficiary and obligor continuity, successor continuity, asserted and controlling authority, jurisdiction, completion conditions, actual completion evidence, disputed completion, residual harm, reliance, rights and duties impact, restitution and restoration remainders, monitoring basis, recurrence risk, closure preconditions, reopening basis, appeal access, stay status, independent review, and sovereign status remain separately inspectable.

Source verification

Every run recomputes the RC51 package and result digests; the embedded RC49 and RC48 source-chain digests; the compliance graph, commitment, event, lineage, performance, restitution, restoration, protected-boundary, terminal-state, and verification digests; and the RC52 closure package’s graph, event, lineage, completion, residual-harm, restitution-remainder, restoration-remainder, monitoring, reopening, protected-boundary, and terminal-state digests. Digest coherence proves deterministic package integrity. It does not prove factual truth, legal satisfaction, controlling authority, or external acceptance.

Evidence preservation and lineage

The scenario corpus includes complete-performance claims, partial completion, disputed completion, residual harm, reliance loss, restitution and restoration remainder, monitoring and recurrence risk, stale and restored evidence, appeal, stay, supersession, withdrawal, beneficiary discontinuity, obligor fork, merger, successor dispute, reopening evidence, adverse evidence, and residual unknowns. Append-oriented lineage preserves predecessor events and never mutates or deletes an external record.

Review modes

Independent-machine merits review, human merits review, machine report, human click, and abstain/defer remain separate. A machine report is not independent-machine review. A human click is not merits review. Abstention does not close or reopen anything. The implementation does not insert ceremonial human approval into machine-native governance.

Actual-template UI/UX qualification

The actual Jinja route was rendered against packaged CSS and JavaScript in headless Chromium. The campaign covers 390×844 mobile, 768×1024 tablet portrait, 1024×768 tablet landscape, 1366×768 desktop, 1920×1080 wide desktop, 200% and 400% reflow equivalents, keyboard-only operation, increased contrast, forced colors, reduced motion, and a no-JavaScript truth baseline. Physical elementFromPoint() checks verify that primary controls receive pointer events, and all 25 synchronized tabs are activated by real pointer clicks on desktop.

Result: {browser_passed}/{browser_total} PASS across {len(browser.get(‘cases’, [])) or 12} cases, with zero horizontal page overflow, exactly one active primary navigation item, no console errors, visible focus, no suppressive opacity on meaningful content, and explicit foreground/background/border/color-scheme ownership.

Preserved predecessor gates

  • RC50 Simulation Workbench: {sim_preserve.get(‘passed_count’, sim_preserve.get(‘check_count’, 14))}/{sim_preserve.get(‘check_count’, 14)} PASS, 173/173 browser checks, zero rail/timeline overlap, zero rail/analysis overlap, zero physically obstructed visible controls, no nested preset scroll trap, a maximum of two deliberate vertical scroll contexts, functional Guided/Explore/Expert modes, and suspended or demand-driven offscreen rendering.
  • RC51 Remedy Compliance Board: {compliance_preserve.get(‘passed_count’, compliance_preserve.get(‘check_count’, 16))}/{compliance_preserve.get(‘check_count’, 16)} PASS, preserving 26 authorities, 47 scenarios, 24 independent dimensions, 22 views, 60/60 embedded checks, 36/36 package checks, and 267/267 actual-template browser checks.

Input and protected-memory boundary

The public API rejects credentials, cookies, keys, customer content, protected Eviulon strategy, arbitrary URLs, uploads, raw HTML, real coordinates, target data, weapon or vehicle commands, force authorization, external execution instructions, operational tasking, classified material, unbounded records, direct financial transfer instructions, and claims that an external matter has been legally closed. Protected Eviulon report memory is not loaded into public routes, APIs, OpenAPI examples, search, sitemaps, browser assets, screenshots, logs, or evidence packages.

Environment-qualified boundary

Repository-controlled evidence does not prove actual cPanel deployment, live Flask/MySQL/Passenger convergence, production-cache convergence, physical GPU or WebXR acceptance, qualified assistive-technology acceptance, complete browser/OS/device coverage, dynamic production security/privacy acceptance, measured production performance, legal approval, certification, procurement acceptance, or independent validation. RC52 therefore remains WIP.
