Machine Institutional Recognition, Status Portability, and Rights-Remedy Federation Board

Implementation record for verified RC45 source packages, bounded inter-institution recognition, jurisdiction and comity analysis, rights and duties portability, consent and representation continuity, successor and fork lineage, remedy, appeal, conflict-of-laws review, and non-executing federation proposals.

Machine Institutional Recognition, Status Portability, and Rights-Remedy Federation Board

Release: 2.0.0-rc.48-WIP
Public route: /workbench/machine-institutional-recognition-portability
API root: /api/v2/machine-institutional-recognition-portability
Terminal boundary: SYNTHETIC_NULL_SINK

Purpose

This workbench evaluates bounded recognition and portability proposals among synthetic machine-native institutions. It verifies the RC45 Machine Citizenship Qualification evidence package before analysis and keeps technical identity, source authority, legal recognition, jurisdiction, rights, duties, consent, representation, remedies, appeal, economic standing, civic standing, sovereign status, record integrity, and independent review as separate dimensions.

The workbench does not create citizenship, legal personhood, consciousness, sovereignty, diplomatic recognition, treaty status, enacted comity, enacted rights, duties, or law. A valid package proves record integrity within this synthetic model; it does not prove factual truth or controlling authority.

Views

Graph, Table, Narrative, Evidence, Authority, Jurisdiction, Recognition, Rights, Duties, Consent, Remedy, Appeal, Event, Proof, and Raw Evidence remain synchronized to the current synthetic result. The browser may select scenarios, request a bounded run, compare two scenarios, create a non-executing branch, export a deterministic package, and verify a package. It cannot mutate canonical status, contact real institutions, create legal effect, or persist a public record.

Input and protected-boundary contract

The engine accepts only bounded enum-like fields for scenario, receiving institution, review mode, and lineage action. It rejects credentials, customer content, protected Eviulon strategy, arbitrary URLs, uploads, real coordinates, targeting data, weapon commands, vehicle commands, force authorization, classified material, and unbounded records. Protected Eviulon reports are not loaded into the public engine, API, package, browser asset, screenshot, sitemap, or OpenAPI example.

Visual-availability contract

The workbench and every nested card, table, callout, control, graph node, status panel, event, proof record, disabled state, loading state, focus state, empty state, and error state own foreground and background values. The route includes increased-contrast, reduced-motion, forced-colors, keyboard-tab, focus-visible, 44-pixel interaction, responsive layout, and horizontal-overflow protections. Browser evidence renders the actual Jinja template in production stylesheet order.

Acceptance boundary

The WIP package was not deployed to the actual cPanel host. It does not claim live Flask/MySQL/Passenger execution, complete browser/device coverage, qualified assistive-technology acceptance, production security/privacy assessment, measured performance, legal approval, certification, procurement acceptance, or independent validation. Repository and representative Chromium evidence cannot promote or deploy the release automatically.
