Every canonical report remains under docs/reports/, matches its recorded SHA-256 and byte count, has one dedicated .uai/reports/*.uai router, exposes a memory and public deep route for every rendered heading, and is distributed into at least one cross-cutting .uai/topics/*.uai memory file.

Raw .uai bodies remain repository-local. The public site exposes only sanitized inventories and report routes.
